Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall visual aspects of the Retro application, working on both user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design to ensure the app is both aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. They will play a crucial role in refining the current design, developing new features, and establishing a distinctive visual identity for the app that appeals to our target audience.

Responsibilities include: User Interface and User Experience Design; Brand Development; Collaboration and Communication; and Research and User Testing. Fully remote.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interactive Arts, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field plus three years of experience working as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, Visual Designer, Mobile App Designer, or related. Must also possess: 3 years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications; 3 years of experience working with Figma; and 3 years of experience with iOS prototyping using Swift and UIKit. Must be able to successfully complete competency-based interviews.

In the alternative, employer will accept Master's degree in Interactive Arts, Digital Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field plus 1 years of experience working as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, Visual Designer, Mobile App Designer, or related. Must also possess: 1 years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications; 1 years of experience working with Figma; and 1 years of experience with iOS prototyping using Swift and UIKit. Must be able to successfully complete competency-based interview.
